Donations to the new Fellowship of the Snow Traveling Scholarship will help support fellows, residents, and students cover the cost of traveling and attending the annual meeting to present their work. Some of the best mentorship at Western Trauma occurs on the mountain, over dinner, where lifelong friendships are made. The Western Trauma Foundation is offering ten new $1,000 Fellowship of the Snow Travel Scholarships so that trainees can be there longer to take part in the best part of the WTA.

Donations to the general fund support invited lectureships like Paint the Ceiling and the Foundation Basic Science as well as the resident and new-member research prizes that launch careers: the Earl G. Young Resident Prize for Clinical Research, the Ernest E. Moore prize for Basic Science Research, and Thomas Scalea New Member Research Award, Donations to this fund of any size help keep these efforts funded in perpetuity.
