We encourage attendees to register online. Registration may be completed with credit card payment online. The charge on your credit card statement will be from Telusys, our Website Provider, not Western Trauma Association. Telusys only accepts Visa and MasterCard.

For those who need to pay by check, registration can also be accomplished through the WTA Treasurer's Office.  In addition, the Treasurer's Office can process payments using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  Payments through the Treasurer's Office must use the Downloadable Registration Form.  Download the form, complete it, and send the registration by Fax (i.e., for credit cards) or by mail (i.e., for checks) to:

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Regular Registration must be completed by Friday, January 16. Registrations received after January 16 will incur late fee of $100. Registrations not received by Friday, February 13 must be made at the on-site rate. The On-Site Registration rate is an additional $200 surcharge on the Early Registration rate.

FRIENDS & FAMILY FEE
We welcome you to register your friends and family as well. The Friends and Family Fee includes the Welcome Reception, Awards Banquet, Daily Breakfast Monday – Friday, Mountain Picnic and Ski Race. Children’s Fee also includes Children’s Welcome Party & Banquet. Adult Friends & Family members include: spouses, significant others, in-laws, siblings, non-registered friends, children over 18 and other guests.

ADDITIONAL WTA ACTIVITIES
The WTA Meeting will begin with the Welcome Reception and Children’s Reception on Sunday evening, February 22. The Annual WTA Ski Race & Mountain BBQ will take place on Tuesday, February 24. The Annual Banquet and Children’s Party will be held on Thursday, February 26.

Please note: this year’s WTA sponsored Children’s Parties will have supervision for children ages 4-12. Children under the age of 4 are welcome to attend the parties with a babysitter, nanny or other adult over 18 years old.
