INSTRUCTIONS

We encourage attendees to register with a credit card via our online system. Payment this year will be handled through Paypal rather than Telusys as in years past. You do not need to have a Paypal account to register and pay online.

FEES

Meeting registration fees include admission to scientific sessions, CME credit, Welcome Reception, WTA Ice Skating Night, Attendee Breakfasts Monday thru Friday, NASTAR race, Mountain Picnic and Banquet.

FRIENDS & FAMILY FEES

The 2012 Annual Meeting promises to be more family-friendly than ever!The Friends & Family Fee includes the Welcome Reception, Banquet, Daily Breakfast Monday - Friday, Mountain Picnic and Ski Race. The Children’s Fee also includes Children’s Welcome Reception and Kids Party. Adult Friends & Family members include: spouses, significant others, in-laws, siblings, non-registered friends, children over 18 and other guests.

SKI VALET SERVICE

The Marriott is offering WTA Attendees a Complimentary Ski Valet Service at the Eagle Bahn Gondola area. Further details will be provided closer to the meeting.
