Please note: The onsite reservation link will only show rooms available in our block. If we sell-out of a certain room type in our block, there may still be rooms of that type available at the hotel, just not in our block. For those situations, you should email Kimberly.simpson@marriott.com to book your room at the WTA rate. ROOM DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE
All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee. Full, non-refundable, amount of the anticipated revenue (room and tax) for the entire stay will be billed to the individual credit card at the cut-off date of January, 25, 2012. Personal checks, money orders or a valid major credit card will be needed for the deposit.

CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your reservation; the Vail Marriott will refund the deposit provided notice of cancellation is given prior to January 25, 2012. If notice of cancellation is given after January 25, the hotel will not refund your deposit.

HOUSING DEADLINE
There are a limited number of rooms available in each category, so early booking will increase your chances of getting your preferred room type. To ensure the WTA rate, hotel reservations must be made prior to Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Rooms will be available after January 25 only if space allows but the rate will not be guaranteed.

Located in the east wing of the hotel. 1 king or 2 doubles, three component granite bathroom, shower/tub combo, 1 arm chair and ottoman, end table, small round table, closet by door, coffee maker, coffee/tea, small refrigerator, hair dryer, humidifier, guest safe, iron and ironing board, 2 robes, upgraded amenity package. (300 square feet).

Lodge: $269/night
Located in the west/central wing. 1 king or 2 doubles, four component granite bathroom, seamless glass shower, princess soaking tub, small desk, 2 back chairs, 1 end table, closet by door, coffee maker, coffee/tea, small refrigerator, hair dryer, humidifier, guest safe, iron and ironing board, 2 robes, upgraded amenity package. (340 square feet).

Studio King: $309/night
Located in the west wing. 1 king bed, four component granite bathroom, seamless glass shower, princess soaking tub, kitchenette (microwave, small refrigerator, sink, no oven/stove), wet bar seating 2, fireplace, sitting area with 1 arm chair and ottoman, small round table, closet by door, coffee maker, coffee/tea, hair dryer, humidifier, guest safe, iron and ironing board, 2 robes, upgraded amenity package.
